5.7.2023 Life news

Well, I am still waiting to move into my mobile home.  The stairs are built now, and I am supposedly getting the keys on the 15th.  

I have been back at the gym now for three calendar months.  

The only thing is I am only going on Tuesdays and Fridays. 

Tuesday workout is 2 hours long and Fridays is one and half hours long.  I started out doing three sets of each exercise and 12, 10, and 8 reps. Last week I increased my reps to 14, 12, and 10. I will continue this for two months before the next increase. 

I have noticed sustained weight loss and the beginning of defining muscle from flab. 

Lol I am happy with the sustained weight loss. 

I am not doing any crazy diet. I cut out butter and no more artificial sweetened drinks.  I don’t drink soda regularly.  

I replaced most of my red meat with chicken.  I cut out white rice and now it’s brown rice. I eat only whole wheat bread. 

I have started to ride my mountain bike more. When I move, I will be biking to work Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 

Weight training will be on Tuesdays and Fridays. 

Fishing has taken a back seat until I move. I am saving money etc.  Then on June 24th I will be headed to mouse and swat mosquitos in the upper lower peninsula of Michigan.  I also will be traveling back to take photos of the Big Mac Bridge and maybe see the northern lights in the Dark Park https://www.midarkskypark.org/
