I have started my own physical therapy on my shoulder. If I stay consistent with it, I have seen a lot of good changes with range of motion and strength. It really tightens up over night and with the upcoming Michigan mousing trip I need to get back to as close as I can to 100%.
I took off two weeks from the gym and weight training. I will return to the gym restarting on Tuesday.
Today’s bike ride was only 7 miles long, but the gradient
from the hills made my legs turn into jelly. I just need to stay the course and
take baby steps.
