Well, being single has its issues. Well, when your single you have no one to push you when you’re in a depressive state. The first battle is to realize that your you in said state. The next part is to have a battle plan.
Well this for me is easy part 1 join a gym, part 2 figure out a work out routine, and number 3 stick to it. I have developed such a plan and this will get me back into the shape I need to be in going forward. I am not going to turn into a gym rat lol but I will get into post Marine Corps shape.
It will take time and I know that. It will give me daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
I will be moving 10 minutes from work in June. This will propel
and excel my work out schedule.
I will be lifting for tone and endurance. I will be biking
for stamina and to get my cardiovascular system a kick in the a$$. I am 55 now
and with all the heart related issues that the men have in my family I need to
be proactive.
